Project Description:

The team of KMB and Korsmo Construction provided design-build services for Phase 1 of the Little Creek Casino Resort Improvements Project. The project included demolition remodeling and new construction of the nonsmoking area of the casino. The extensive remodel includes a new deli and bar, additional gaming space, and a new north entrance that includes exterior stairs, accessible ramps, and two new canopies. The Water’s Edge Cafe was constructed for fast service in a sit-down environment.
