KMB architects is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work independently or in a team. Candidates will be innovative, creative, and critical thinkers who aspires to the highest standards of excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Execute local PR and share successes on KMB architects Website and social media platforms.
Execute PR on external print, digital and web-based media including press releases.
Report data analytics of the Firms Website and social media sites.
Collaborate with Firm Leadership to develop and integrate key messages, market/industry language and KMB architects value proposition into all collateral material.
Support/organize company and special events.
Manage project photography.
Collaborate and participate in the weekly Marketing/BD meeting with firm Leadership.
Supporting role to the Marketing Manager in preparation of marketing collateral, SOQ, and RFQ’s when quantity cannot be managed by Marketing Manager.
Review and improve proposal information and related marketing collateral prepared by Marketing Manager.
Provide copy editing or writing of billable work including pre-design, programming, master planning, and schematic design documents.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for developing meaningful relationships and promoting professional services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, relationship development techniques, and business development process and procedures.
Industry and Competition - Intimately familiar with regional and national sector portfolio, experts, specialty consultants, target market - issues, trends, publications, associations, etc.
Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate
Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Digital Aptitude – comfortably create and publish marketing material entirely in digital format
Writing — Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant marketing experience
Degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related major
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and detail-oriented skills
Website content generation experience preferred
Experience marketing in the A/E industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Physical setting: Office (Staff have the ability to work from home (remotely) or come into one of our offices. All staff are required to be available to meet with clients or come into the office for a meeting.)
