Project Description:

The new building provides a state-of-the-art facility for the PUD servers as well as leased space for other communications service vendors. The facility consolidates the PUD’s field technicians and administrative support staff within the shared facility. Spatial needs included a restrictive climate-controlled server room, staging area, workbenches for equipment repairs and maintenance, and open office space for staff and enclosed offices for the management.
