Project Description:

Designing STEM facilities that are rich with laboratory studio spaces and adaptive to multiple phases of a project is an integral part of KMB’s flexible STEM design. KMB is currently providing Centralia School District with high quality schematic design and renderings of Centralia High School’s new STEM building design. The design features areas for team planning, individual and small group study, and assembly space for student presentations. The building will be approximately 16,000 SF in area with a maximum construction cost (MACC) of $4.7 Million.
